Patient Coordinators

Jennifer – Office Manager, RDA

Jennifer Bitterly is the Office Manager and a Dental Assistant at Deer Park Family Dentistry. Originally from Seguin, she moved to Deer Park in 2004 and has spent her entire career in various areas of healthcare. Jennifer transitioned into dentistry after working in an outpatient laboratory, drawn by the opportunity to work closely with both patients and providers to promote healthy, confident smiles.

Outside of the office, Jennifer loves hosting gatherings, relaxing by the pool with loved ones, and spending time with her dog. She and her husband often take road trips to enjoy live music and explore local wineries, making the most of their time together and their shared love for travel and entertainment.

Ashley – Treatment Coordinator, RDH

Ashley is a devoted team member at Deer Park Family Dentistry, currently serving at the front desk after seven years as a Registered Dental Hygienist. A lifelong Pearland resident, she earned her associate’s degree in Life Science from San Jacinto College and went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from UT School of Dentistry in Houston in 2017. Initially drawn to dentistry by a fascination with teeth and a desire to help others, Ashley’s career has evolved into a true passion for patient care. She takes pride in educating patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness and strives to make every person who walks through the door feel welcomed and understood. One of her most defining moments came early in her career when she helped a patient with muscular degeneration receive his first cleaning in over 30 years—an emotional experience that confirmed she was exactly where she was meant to be.

Alyssa – Patient Care Coordinator

A lifelong Deer Park resident and a member of our team since 2021, Alyssa has deep roots in the community—she’s been a patient at the very same practice since she was just four years old. Her love for dentistry began early, inspired by the kindness and impact of her childhood hygienist, Shiny. Although she initially started working in the back office, Alyssa quickly found her true calling at the front desk, where her natural ease with people and passion for helping others shine through every day. She thrives on the variety the role offers and especially loves building genuine connections with patients.

Britny – RDA

Britny became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2018 and joined Deer Park family Dentistry in 2020. She loves working with our amazing team, but the most rewarding part of her job she feels is taking care of our patients and helping them achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. When not in the office, she spends her time in the studio coaching competitive dance or spending time with her husband, Joshua, and their two fur babies, Colbie (cat) and Elle (French bulldog).

Corina – RDA

Corina became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2019 and joined Deer Park Family Dentistry in 2020. She has really enjoyed working here and the people she works with. Her favorite part is helping patients achieve confidence through their smile. Ultimately, she would love to become a Dental Hygienist and continue to help our patients with their smile. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Max!

Tiffany – RDA

Tiffany has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2008 and came to Deer Park Family Dentistry in 2021. She grew up in Pearland and attended Pearland High School. After Hurricane Ike affected the dental office that her aunt worked for, Tiffany joined them as a dental assistant and has loved dentistry ever since. She enjoys the diversity within dentistry, as every day is different and holds something new. Tiffany resides in Houston with her dog Kinsey! In her spare time she likes to go hiking, running or swimming.

Esperanza – RDA

Esperanza joined the team at Deer Park Family Dentistry shortly after graduating high school in 2023. She began her journey as a sterilization technician, where her dedication and passion for patient care quickly stood out. Encouraged by her coworkers and driven by a desire to grow in the dental field, Esperanza pursued her dental assistant license and now proudly works alongside all of the doctors, providing care to patients every day.

Esperanza has always had a strong interest in healthcare and wanted a career that would allow her to make a real difference in people’s lives. Dentistry appealed to her because it blends hands-on work with the opportunity to help people feel more confident and comfortable. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with patients—especially those who are nervous—and helping them feel at ease during their visits. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be a source of comfort and support, and to witness the trust and relief patients express after receiving care.

Outside of the office, Esperanza enjoys spending quality time with her two sisters, her boyfriend, and her beloved dog Benji, who is thoroughly spoiled. Whether she’s with family or relaxing at home, she values connection and care in all parts of her life.

Sierra – RDA

Sierra Guillen is a dedicated Dental Assistant at Deer Park Family Dentistry. Born and raised in Baytown, Texas, Sierra graduated high school in 2020 and went on to earn her associate degree just a year later. Wasting no time, she began her career in dental assisting immediately after college, driven by a strong desire to help others and make a difference in their daily lives.

What Sierra enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to build genuine connections with patients, making each visit more comfortable and personal. Outside the office, she loves spending time outdoors, going fishing, and expressing her creativity through nail art. Sierra’s friendly nature and commitment to patient care make her a valued part of the Deer Park Family Dentistry team.

Kaela – RDH

Kaela Snodgrass is a Registered Dental Hygienist at Deer Park Family Dentistry who brings both passion and purpose to her work. Originally from League City, TX, she studied in Beaumont before settling in La Porte on a spontaneous decision that turned out to be just right. Though she initially chose dental hygiene on a whim, Kaela quickly discovered a deep appreciation for the field. Learning about the powerful connection between oral health and overall wellness sparked her desire to educate and care for others. Her favorite part of the job is knowing she’s making a tangible difference in her patients’ lives—helping them with something they can’t do alone, all while being part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Ruth – RDH

Ruth is a Dental Hygienist at Deer Park Family Dentistry with a lifelong passion for dentistry. She holds an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene and has always been fascinated by the connection between oral health and overall well-being. From a young age, Ruth was drawn to the dental field, and she found her niche in hygiene, where she loves seeing the transformation that proper care can bring to teeth and gums

Originally from out of town, Ruth moved to the area after getting married and quickly found a place to grow both personally and professionally. She knew she was in the right profession when she began seeing patients regularly and witnessed firsthand the improvements in their oral health, knowing she played a role in those changes.

Outside the office, Ruth enjoys life at home with her husband, their baby boy, and two adorable pugs, Lincoln and Luna. She loves baking in her free time and admits she’s always up for a trip to Target. Ruth brings both clinical expertise and a warm, caring spirit to her work, helping patients feel at ease while guiding them toward healthier smiles.

Raegan – RDH

Raegan Morris is a dedicated Dental Hygienist at Deer Park Family Dentistry. Born and raised in Deer Park, Raegan’s roots in the community run deep. She began her academic journey at Lee College, where she earned her associate degree while playing volleyball, and later continued her education at The University of Texas School of Dentistry, earning a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.

Raegan’s passion for dentistry was inspired early on—she grew up in a dental office, with her mom working as a dentist. This environment sparked a lifelong interest in oral health and a desire to work closely with patients. Today, Raegan takes pride in building meaningful relationships with those she cares for, always striving to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of work, Raegan enjoys a full and joyful life with her husband, Taylor, their energetic son, Casey, and their two dogs, Ranger and Red. Whether she’s chasing after her toddler or spending quality time with family, Raegan brings the same warmth and dedication to her personal life as she does to her work.
